Branches and self-service terminals
We remain open to serve you. Following the announcement of the national lockdown, our operating hours from now until further notice have been revised as below:


9:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday for over-the-counter services and all other services


08:00am to 08:00pm for all self-service terminals (ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines, Online Cheque Deposit Machines) except Kota Kinabalu branch from 07:00am to 07:00pm.



For your health and safety, please follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including:

. Wear a face mask at all times

. Check-In via MySejahtera

. Your body temperature will be taken prior to entering the branch

. Limited number of people will be allowed in the branch and self-service terminal area at any one time

. Sanitisers are available at touch points for your convenience


The RM1 fee on cardholders for any Automated-Teller Machine (ATM) cash withdrawal transactions conducted via MEPS Shared ATM Network (SAN) and via MEPS white label ATMs in Malaysia will be waived until further notice.
