Standard Chartered Saadiq Basic Savings Account-i and Basic Current Account-i is based on the concept of Al Wadiah Yad Dhamanah (safe custody), which means deposits are guaranteed by the bank and bank is allowed to pay a discretionary hibah or gift. Basic Current Account-i is a current account with chequing facility. Monthly eStatements are issued for the account, making this an environmentally friendly choice. Customers can also enjoy cash-free shopping with our debit/ATM card.
