Benefits Description
Death In case of death of Insured, Beneficiary will receive lump sum amount of death benefit as specified in the policy.
Accidental Death, Dismemberment & permanent Total Disability (AD, D & PTD - Lump sum In case the insured dies or is Totally disabled or dismembered due to accident, the beneficiary will receive lump sum amount of AD, D & PTD coverage as specified in the policy.
Accidental Death, Dismemberment & permanent Total Disability – Life Time In case the insured dies or is Totally disabled or dismembered due to accident, the beneficiary will receive Life time income (every month) minimum 20 years guaranteed according to the policy specification
Accidental Medical Reimbursement (AMR) Medical expenses incurred by Insured due to accident can be reimbursed according to the policy specification.
In-Hospitalization (Accident & Sickness) If insured is hospitalized to accident or sickness, he/she will receive weekly income for up to 52 weeks according to the policy specification
Accidental Disability Weekly Indemnity If insured is disabled due to accident, he/she will receive weekly income up to 52 weeks according to the package availed
Accidental & sickness In-Hospital Surgical Expense Surgical expenses incurred by the Insured due to accident or sickness can be reimbursed according to the policy specification
