We are pleased to announce the appointment of Lourdes Patricia Felipe (Lisha) as Head, Financial Markets, Philippines.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Lisha spent 15 years of her 20-year stint in ING Bank Manila with Financial Markets where she was Head of FM sales covering both corporate and institutional clients across different products including FX and rates, credits, repo and commodities.
In her role, Lisha will report directly to Ananth Narayan with a secondary reporting line to Lynette V. Ortiz. Her appointment was effective from 28 December 2016.

We are pleased to announce that effective 16 January 2017, Glenn Tolarba (Owen) has been appointed Country Head, Human Resources and HR Business Partner for CIB. In his roles, Owen will report directly to the CEO and Country Head, Global Banking Philippines with a secondary reporting line to the Regional Head, HR, ASEAN and South Asia.
Joan Laquindanum will be Head, Talent Acquisition and HRBP for ITO and Support Functions.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Nikhil Khattar as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Senior Credit Officer (SCO), Philippines effective 7 February 2017 subject to regulatory approvals. In addition to the Philippines, Nikhil will also assume Australia SCO responsibilities.
He will be based in the Philippines and will also be a member of the Country Management Team. Nikhil will report to Ian Anderson, Regional Chief Risk Officer for ASEAN & South Asia, and to Vijayant Jain, Chief Credit Officer, ASEAN.
Nikhil takes over from Manohar Chadalavada, Country Chief Risk Officer and Country Credit Head, Philippines. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Manohar for his significant contributions over the years.
Nikhil has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and a strong track record in risk and business with diversified experience across markets in South Asia and client segments spanning Corporate and Commercial Banking. Nikhil was the Senior Credit Officer for Corporate Credit Risk in Mumbai and Sri Lanka and has been with Standard Chartered since 1997. He started his career in the bank in Corporate Banking where he has done frontline roles. He was a Senior Relationship Manager before moving to Credit Risk in 2006.
