SecureDrive is an annual comprehensive motor insurance product specially designed to protect your car and help you recover from a loss in the event of accident, theft and any damage due to natural disasters or terrorism

Any damage or loss to your car due to the following perils is covered:

  • Natural disasters such as flood, typhoon or earthquake

Vehicle Insurance Premium Rates:

SecureDrive offers protection for your car as under:

All vehicles except selected makes 3.5% of car's value
Toyota Corolla (with tracker*) 4.65% of car's value

The above premium rates are inclusive of all applicable Government taxes and levies.

*Tracker will be installed by the insurance company and SCBPL will bear no responsibility for the service of this tracker equipment, and does not guarantee or bear any responsibility for any theft occurring thereof


    • What are the premium payment options?

      • The premium will be deducted annually from your Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited (SCBPL) Current or Savings account.
      • Monthly installment on SecureDrive is available through SCB Credit Card. You can pay the premium in 6 easy installments with 0% mark-up.

    • How can I avail this policy coverage?

    • What is the Free Look period?
      You may cancel SecureDrive insurance policy during the 'Free Look Period' which is 15 days from the date of your premium deduction and get a full refund of the premium paid.

    • Who is eligible to enroll under the SecureDrive policy?
      To be eligible to enroll for SecureDrive, the SCBPL customer must be at least 18 years of age. There is no maximum age limit for the customer. Your vehicle must not be more than 10 years of age (from date of manufacture in case of locally assembled vehicles).

Box No. 44, Peshawar-2500 & Head Office at EFU House, M.A Jinnah Road. SecureDrive is not a bank product. SecureDrive is only the name of the product and does not, in any way, indicate the quality of the product and its future returns if any. SCBPL is acting as the distributor of SecureDrive on behalf of EFU General Insurance. SCBPL will not be responsible in any manner if your application or claim is rejected by EFU General Insurance nor will it investigate or provide any opinion on merits of the claim.
