Tahir Al Dabbagh
Chairman – Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Tahir M. Al Dabbagh is a veteran banking and consulting professional with more than three decades of significant experience in financial services including corporate and institutional banking. He has held several senior positions as he was Gen. Mgr. in-charge of the Western Region at Saudi Hollandi Bank (SHB), and then as CEO and Board Member of the bank’s CMA licensed investment banking arm, Saudi Hollandi Capital. Since leaving full-time banking, he has been member of the board of directors for various Saudi and International companies most notably, Mohammed Yousef Naghi & Bros. Group, and Roots Group Arabia (subsidiary of the Saudi Binladin Group). Mr. Tahir is an authorized Financial Consultant, a businessman, owner and partner in few companies. Recognized as one of the Leaders in KSA, an article published in “Leaders of Saudi Arabia” Book (Vol. 2).
Professor Abdullah Abdulrahman Al-Besher
Vice Chairman – Independent Non-Executive Director
Professor Abdullah has over 30 years of experience in the fields of Education and economics. Professor Abdullah has done several government planning and feasibility studies, participated in many Islamic economic studies, participated in King Khalid annual prize, and have been a consultant in the system regulations of the government borrowing bank “Taslef Bank”, and have been the team leader of Saudization and employment of King Abdul-Aziz city for Science and Technology. Professor Abdullah holds a PhD faculty of science from Durham University, UK.
Dr. Boutros Klink
Chief Executive Officer Standard Chartered Capital Saudi Arabia – Executive Director
Dr. Boutros Klink is the CEO of Standard Chartered Capital Saudi Arabia. Dr. Klink is also the CEO of Standard Chartered Bank, Middle East, responsible for the operations in eight countries and is a member of the Bank’s Regional Management Team. Prior to his current role, Dr. Klink has held the positions of CEO of Standard Chartered Bank for Bahrain & GCC, CEO of Standard Chartered Capital Saudi Arabia, as well as various senior positions at Standard Chartered Bank, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, UBS, National Bank of Canada, and the Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec.
Dr. Klink earned a Doctor of Science degree in Earthquake Engineering from MIT, a Master of Art in Financial Mathematics from Columbia University, a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from MIT, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut.

Souad Benkredda is the Head of Financial Markets for the Middle East and North Africa. She is a member of the UAE Country Management Team of Standard Chartered Bank and is responsible for driving and delivering the Financial Markets MENA strategy and revenues.
In addition to her Head of Financial Markets MENA Head role, she also is responsible for Financial Markets Sales for the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan with team members across various countries (the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Qatar and Pakistan).
Souad joined Standard Chartered in January 2017 from Deutsche Bank where she held different roles in different countries over almost 16 years since having joined as a graduate. Amongst other roles, she was the Head of Foreign Exchange Structuring for Germany, Austria and Switzerland based out of Frankfurt, the Head of Rates Liability Structuring for Europe based out of London and the Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking (“CIB”) Coverage for MENA based out of London and Dubai.
Souad holds a degree from the University of Paris Dauphine IX in Economics (“Maitrise en Science de Gestion) and a Business degree from the University of Frankfurt Goethe with a specialization in Financial Engineering.

Saqib Ahmad is currently Managing Director, Client Coverage, Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking. He has over 28 years of Corporate/Financial Institutional Banking experience since January 1992.
Saqib has been with the bank for 18 years. He joined SCB in Karachi Pakistan in 2002 and looked after the Financial Institutions business for 6 years. In 2008, he was transferred to Bahrain and looked after Saudi GC clients and later moved to Dubai in 2010 to cover Saudi Offshore and Non-Presence Countries business. Previously with Emirates NBD Bank and Faysal Bank. He also worked for Nestle and AEG as Electrical Engineer.
Saqib holds MBA in Finance from City University London (Cass Business School) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
