Christmas 2016 Promotion Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for the Christmas 2016 Promotion held from 1 November to 31 December 2016 (both dates inclusive) (the “Christmas 2016 Promotion Period”), Cardholders must successfully register their Card during the Christmas 2016 Promotion Period (such card a “Registered Card”). Valid for eligible Standard Chartered Credit Cards only and card exclusions apply. Transactions such as, but not limited to, insurance premiums, all modes of bills payments including payments to the telecommunications providers, Singapore Power, HDB, IRAS, ICA, MOM & LTA, income tax payments, EZ-Link/TransitLink top-up/reload, any transactions pertaining to Merchant Category Codes 6211 (Security Brokers/Dealers) and 7995 (Gambling/Lotto), balance transfers, cash advances, NETS purchases, ongoing instalment payments, any fee and charges, cancelled and reversed transactions and outstanding balances will not be considered as eligible spends. 1 Christmas 2016 Lucky Draw Promotion: To qualify for this Promotion, Cardholders must during the Christmas 2016 Promotion Period, charge eligible spends to their Registered Card to meet the minimum spend requirement of S$1,000. Cardholders who meet the minimum spend requirement during the Christmas 2016 Promotion Period will be entitled to one chance to win a pair of Singapore Airlines Suite Class air tickets to Paris for every S$100 spent. 2 Christmas 2016 eCommerce & Overseas Transactions Cashback Promotion: For purposes of the Christmas 2016 eCommerce & Overseas Transactions Cashback Promotion, a “Qualifying eCommerce and Overseas Transaction” is a spend charged online to the Registered Card and/or made in foreign currency and charged to the Registered Card Provided That such transaction is not a transaction made on the Uber App or UberEats App. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions made on the Uber App or UberEats App will not be considered as Qualifying eCommerce and Overseas Transactions for this Christmas 2016 eCommerce & Overseas Transactions Cashback Promotion. Purchases beyond Singapore but charged in Singapore Dollar will not be considered as Qualifying eCommerce and Overseas Transactions for this Christmas 2016 eCommerce & Overseas Transactions Cashback Promotion. Purchases in Singapore but charged in foreign currency which are not transactions made on the Uber App or UberEats App will be considered as Qualifying eCommerce and Overseas Transactions for this Christmas 2016 eCommerce & Overseas Transactions Cashback Promotion. To qualify for this Promotion, Cardholders must during the Christmas 2016 Promotion Period, charge eligible spends to their Registered Card to meet the minimum spend requirement of S$5,000. Cardholders who meet the minimum spend requirement during the Christmas 2016 Promotion Period on a Registered Card will be entitled to 15% cashback on all Qualifying eCommerce and Overseas Transactions (spends charged online to the same Registered Card and/or made in foreign currency and charged to the same Registered Card) during the Christmas 2016 Promotion Period (“Cashback”). The maximum amount of Cashback that can be awarded to each Eligible Cardholder under this Promotion is capped at $150. Cardholders eligible for Cashback will be notified by 28 February 2017 and the Cashback will be credited by 28 February 2017. 3 Christmas 2016 Spend & Redeem Promotion: To qualify for this Promotion, Cardholders must during the Christmas 2016 Promotion Period, charge eligible spends to their Registered Card to meet the relevant spend tiers. Each Cardholder is eligible for one gift only. Gifts are subject to their availability. Cardholders eligible for the gifts will be notified by 28 February 2017. Shake The Tree Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for the Christmas 2016 Shake the Tree Promotion held from 1 to 31 December 2016 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”), Cardholders must successfully register their Card during the Promotion Period (such card a “Registered Card”). Valid for eligible Standard Chartered Credit Cards only and card exclusions apply. Transactions such as, but not limited to, insurance premiums, all modes of bills payments including payments to the telecommunications providers, Singapore Power, HDB, IRAS, ICA, MOM & LTA, income tax payments, EZ-link/Transitlink top-up/reload, any transactions pertaining to Merchant Category Codes 6211 (Security Brokers/Dealers) and 7995 (Gambling/Lotto), balance transfers, cash advances, NETS purchases, ongoing instalment payments, any fee and charges, cancelled and reversed transactions and outstanding balances will not be considered as eligible spends.
