  • What is the 360° Rewards programme?

    Standard Chartered's 360° Rewards programme rewards you on your total banking relationship with us. It starts with your credit card spend, and then also rewards you on your mortgage, investments, deposits and online transactions.

  • Who is eligible for the 360° Rewards programme?

    All customers are eligible for the 360° Rewards programme as long as they hold a Standard Chartered credit card
    (except cards that offer CashBack e.g.; MANHATTAN).
    You can accelerate your 360° Rewards Points earned by signing up for the following suites:

    • Personal Banking Suite
    • Preferred Banking Suite
    Banking Suites Products
    Personal Banking Suite Platinum Visa/Master Credit Card* + Salary Advance (line of credit) or XtraSaver Current Account
    Preferred Banking Suite Preferred World MasterCard Credit Card + Current Account

    *Not applicable to Platinum Business Card, Prudential Platinum Card, NUSA Platinum Card and Manhattan Platinum Card.

  • How do I earn more 360° Rewards Points from my banking relationship?

    Simply spend $250* per month on your credit card.
    *Retail spends only

  • What product categories can earn me 360° Rewards Points?

    • Current Account and/orSavings Account (except a current account that is linked to a Personal Credit account and MortgageOne account)
    • Online Transactions (Either online bill payment or Pay-Any-Card service carried out on our Online Banking. Bill payment via Online Banking through a Credit Card Account is not counted as a valid Online Transaction.)
    • Fixed Deposit
    • Investments (only selected investment; contact us for details)
    • Mortgages (Residential mortgages only; Mortgage Loans that are approved but not disbursed are not counted.)

  • Who is eligible for the 360° Rewards programme?

What is The Good Life?

The Good Life (TGL) program is Standard Chartered’s privileges program that allows our credit and debit cardholders the enjoyment of best-in-class privileges at popular establishments.

How do I enjoy the privileges?

Simply spend using our credit or debit cards at our participating partners. The list of participating partners can be found at www.sc.com/sg/credit-cards/the-good-life-privileges/ . You can even download our TGL mobile application, available on both the App Store and Google Play to enjoy these offers

How do mobile coupons work?

From time to time, we serve to bring you some of the best privileges from our participating partners which are limited to a fixed number of redemptions. These mobile coupons are found on our The Good Life mobile application.

How do I redeem a mobile coupon?

You can only redeem mobile coupons with our The Good Life mobile application. Coupons that can be redeemed are filed under the Coupon tab.
Simply click on an available coupon and then click on “Redeem”.

What are cross border privileges?

To enhance the benefits our cardholders are getting, The Good Life program consists of cross border privileges which extend privileges from various countries to each and every cardholder regardless of the card issuing country. For example, if you hold a Standard Chartered card issued in Singapore, you would be able to enjoy The Good Life privileges in various countries like Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand, etc.
