      Compulsory wearing of face masks

      All visitors must wear a face mask when visiting our branches and when lining up to use ATMs. Otherwise, entry into the branch premises will not be allowed. Children aged 12 years and below and visitors who have special medical requirements can wear a face shield instead.

      In-person meetings

      The Bank has resumed limited in-person meetings for clients to meet their relationship managers on an appointment-basis only. All clients must download and utilise the TraceTogether mobile app for the entire duration of time spent at the Bank’s premises for contact tracing purposes.

      Digital banking encouraged

      We strongly encourage all clients to continue banking via Online Banking or the SC Mobile App, including opening of accounts, updating your personal information, application of credit cards or personal loans, raising service requests, and checking of balances and transactions.
