  1. What is the promotion period?

    The promotion is available from 10 June 2026 to 18 August 2026.

  2. Do I need to register to participate in the promotion?

    Yes, customers need to register via SC Mobile to be eligible for the promotion.

  3. If I do not have SC Mobile, can I still participate?

    You must be a registered user of the Standard Chartered Mobile Banking App (SC Mobile) and enable push notifications (banking & marketing alerts).

  4. Why didn’t I receive a push notification invitation?

    Please ensure push notifications are enabled on your mobile device and within SC Mobile. Alternatively, access the promotion via the Discover tab or notification inbox.

  5. How can I access the promotion if notifications were disabled earlier?

    Download/register for SC Mobile and enable push notifications on both your phone and the app.

  6. Do I need to wait 2 days for registration to take effect?

    No, registration is effective immediately.

  7. I received another invitation after registering. Do I need to register again?

    No. You may ignore it; this occurs due to backend scheduling delays.

  8. What are eligible Credit Card transactions?

    • Transaction date falls within the promotion period
    • Transaction is posted by the end of the promotion period
    • Transaction is not excluded
  9. Are supplementary card spends included?

    Yes, supplementary card spends are treated as transactions of the principal cardholder.

  10. What is the Grand Prize?

    A pair of First-Class round-trip tickets to Beijing.

  11. Is separate registration required for the Grand Prize?

    No. Completing at least one quest makes you eligible.

  12. How many Grand Prize winners are there?

    There will be 1 winner.

  13. What are Quests and Scratch Cards?

    Customers complete quests to earn Scratch Cards. Each Scratch Card guarantees a reward.

  18. What are limited-time quests?

    Quests available for 7 days, refreshed weekly.

  19. Why haven’t I received my Scratch Card?

    It may take up to 3 business days after transaction processing.
