Overview of the Employee Banking Programme

    1. These Standard Chartered Employee Banking Programme Terms and Conditions are applicable when you apply for (and are provided with) any of the banking products offered by Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (the “Bank”) in Singapore from time to time, in your capacity as an employee (the “EB Employee”) of a participating company (the “EB Company”) of the Standard Chartered Employee Banking Programme (the “EB Programme”) and/or otherwise as a participating employee through the EB Programme. These terms and conditions are supplemental to, and form part of the terms and conditions of, your banking agreement with the Bank. You must read these terms together with the Bank’s Customer Terms, Current/Cheque/Savings Account and Time Deposit Terms, Credit Card Terms and/or any other product terms which may be applicable as part of your banking agreement with the Bank. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and the other terms governing your banking relationship with the Bank, these terms prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency. By participating in the EB Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms, as may be amended from time to time, with or without prior notice or reason, and you agree and consent to the EB Company disclosing (and the Bank using and collecting from the EB Company) any and all relevant information relating to your employment in order to determine your eligibility under the EB Programme and/or otherwise to provide you with the relevant benefits and privileges.
