    • Income source evidences
      • Original or certified true copy of most recent pay slip
      • If the above mentioned is not available: employment letter indicating title, service years, and most recent bonus, along with certified true copy of statement of the bank account used for salary deposit of the past 3 months (if payroll account is not available)
      • For applicants who get salary in cash: certificate of tax withholding (bis 50), income tax receipt, and certified true copy of statement of the bank account of the past 3 months

    Self-Employed / Business Proprietors

    • Installment loan application form, completely filled with consent for data verification
    • Certified true copy of ID Card
    • Certified true copy of house registration
    • Income source evidences
      • Certified true copy of company limited/partnership registration certificate (issued not over 1 year)
      • Certified true copy of bank statement of the past 6 months
      • Certified true copy of shareholder list and shareholding proportion(issued not over 6 months)
