Standard Chartered (Thai) appoints new CB Head

Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) Pcl. recently appointed Mr. Ramakrishnan Subramanian as Head of Consumer Banking, Thailand, Vietnam, and Philippines, effective 23 July 2012.

Mr. Ramakrishnan Subramanian (Ramky) replaces Mr. Vikram Issar who had been Head of Consumers Banking at Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) for over the past four years and now moves to the new role of Chief Operating Officer - Retail Banking Segments, Products and Consumer Finance in Singapore.

Prior to this posting, Mr. Subramanian was Head of Retail Banking Products, Hong Kong and North East Asia. He has over 20 years of banking experience in Asian markets.
