Terms & Conditions for Gift Voucher

  • Bring sale slips of hamper purchase and credit card to get voucher at redemption point.
  • The value of voucher will be calculated from the highest spending on the same day. Decimal spending amount of every 5,000 / 20,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 and 200,000 THB in each sales slip will not be calculated in order to get voucher.
  • Limit voucher not exceeding 24,000 THB/card number/promotion period (calculate from all branches of Gourmet Market & Home Fresh Mart).
  • The bank holds no responsibility in deficiency / defect of voucher provided by The Mall Group. In case of inconvenience from the service or product received, please directly contact the seller or servicer.
  • The voucher cannot be transferred to other persons or exchanged for cash.
  • If the spending is cancelled, or the purchase is returned, or in the case where cardholder refuses to pay, The bank reserved the rights to recall for voucher or charge the voucher’s value from credit card if it is found that the transactions not align with the bank’s terms and conditions.



Terms & Conditions for Cash Back

  • Redeem point as per spending amount to get cash back 10% or 13% as per card type. Point redemption must not exceed the amount in sales slip (Satang can’t be counted).
  • Limit cash back 72,000 THB/card number/promotion period (calculate from spending of all branches of Gourmet Market & Home Fresh Mart).
  • SMS registration is required during promotion period from 31 October 2016 to 15 January 2017. Registration is complete when a confirmation SMS is received, please keep the confirmation SMS for future reference.
  • If 360 rewards points of card holders are not enough to deduct for cash back, the Bank will deduct only existing points and credit cash back as per deduction amount. For example (of cash back 10%), if card holder spend 10,000 THB but card holder has only 3,200 points, the Bank will deduct 3,200 points and credit cash back to card holder’s account at 320 THB.
  • Cash back will be calculated and credited in customer’s credit card account within 60 days after program end and deducted from outstanding balance shown on the statement.
  • Cash back cannot be transferred to other persons or exchanged for cash.
  • Spending from supplementary credit card will be accumulated in primary credit card spending for calculation under terms and conditions of this promotion.
  • Cardholder who will be eligible for cash back shall be a valid card membership and in good standing with no delinquency until the date of receipt of cash back. -The bank reserved the rights to recall for cash back if found that the transactions not align with the bank’s terms and conditions.

  • This promotion is eligible only for SCBT credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Thai).
