eStatements Delivery Channel

1. Email eStatement Your eStatement will be sent by email to your last notified email address in our records
2. View Online An email notification alert will be sent to your last notified email address to advise customers that the eStatement is available in Online Banking. Customers may then access and/or download the eStatement via Online Banking

eStatements Type

1. Consolidated eStatement * Credit card accounts, deposit accounts, and investment services accounts only; including accounts to be opened in the future
2. Standalone eStatement * The eStatement shall be sent by product as selected on the application (excluding fixed deposit accounts, and investment service accounts)
