Standard Chartered was the exclusive banking sponsor at the EMMA Expo in 2011.Further demonstrating our continuous investment in the Standard Chartered brand promise, emerging market development, and most importantly good relationship maintenance with stakeholders, this year followed by the preceding 4-year sponsorship to the Electronics, Machinery, Moulds, and Auto Parts (EMMA) Expo in India in 2011.

Once again, Standard Chartered Taiwan partnered with Taitra (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) in order to explore business opportunities and greater synergies upon our global network competency for our clients.

The event was held from 25-27 August in Chennai, India, and was graced by Standard Chartered Taiwan’s CEO, who was invited as an honourable guest for ribbon-cutting at the official opening ceremony. 2 SME relationship managers from Taiwan also attended and provided onsite consultations to professional client delegates.
