    1. Regulations for various services shall follow the latest operation rules and agreements announced by Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan) Limited. Customers will be entitled to the bank's services only after their signing of application documents and agreements for each service
    2. Standard Chartered’s Home Pick-Up Service offers SME VIP Customers who meet with certain qualification requirements a specific number of times of free collection services from their homes. Through this services, we collect cheques and a range of trade documents for delivery to the bank's related operation departments

    4. Standard Chartered’s Internet Banking includes personal internet banking (applicable to small businesses) and eBanker (applicable to medium-sized businesses)
    5. Standard Chartered’s Fax Banking provides customers with non-cash transactions services such as NTD demand deposits, NTD time deposits, foreign currency transactions and trade services, through facsimile communication. Customers complete their transactions by faxing in an instruction certificate or application form during business hours. In cases where instructions are received after office hours, transactions will then be completed on the next business day
    6. Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan) Limited reserves the right to terminate or modify this program as well as contents and agreement of the product at any time
