Do transactions on Digital Wallets (PayPal, MOMO, Nganluong, Soha…) qualify for the Cash back?

If the transaction is charged to your debit card, then it will qualify for the spend. Transferring balance from Debit Card to Digital Wallets (PayPal, MOMO, Nganluong, Soha …) are not eligible e-commerce transactions.

If my transaction was made on 29th August 2017 and posted to my account on 1st September 2017, will the cash back be credited in September 2017?

No. Eligible transactions are calculated based on transaction posting date. If the transaction was posted on 1st September 2017, then cashback will be awarded in the next month – October 2017.

If my transaction was made on 31st December 2017 but only posted to my account on 1st January 2018, will it still be able to enjoy the cash back?

No. Eligible transactions are calculated based on transaction posting date. Since 1st January is after the campaign expiry date (i.e. 31 December 2017), transaction posted on 1st January 2018 or later will not qualify for cashback.

Is Debit Card spending on Joint Accounts applicable for this promotion?
