Your health and safety is our priority

At Standard Chartered, the health and safety of our clients and employees remain our priority. In view of the COVID-19 situation in Vietnam, we have stepped up our precautionary measures.

  • We have activated daily temperature screening at our branches and office premises.
  • All visitors to our offices and clients who show signs of having a fever at our branches will be asked to have medical check before entering our premises.
  • We have increased the frequency of sanitisation at our branches, ATMs and offices.
  • Masks have been provided for all employees. You may see some of our colleagues wearing masks as a precautionary measure, but rest assured, they are well and ready to serve you.

Our branches and offices will continue with normal operating hours, and clients are encouraged to access Online Banking or the SC Mobile App at their convenience for banking services, such as checking of balances and transactions or status of service requests, updating of personal details, and application of credit cards or personal loans.

We would also like to advise all clients to remain vigilant as fraudsters tend to take advantage Covid-19 situation to conduct email, SMS, telephone scams, phishing for stealing account information and ransomware attacks. Please note the Bank will never ask for your financial information, PIN number and password, as well as request for fundraising or introducing offers about antiviral medical products. Clients are advised to verify the authenticity of emails, phone calls and SMS received with the Bank (+84 28 3911 0000 / +84 24 3696 0000) if they have any doubts.

We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and respond as appropriate to minimise banking inconvenience.

Thank you for your understanding and supporting our efforts.
