Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam sponsor the “Inspire Sports” photo contest
Standard Chartered Vietnam is proud to be the sponsor for the 1st prize of “Inspire Sports” Photo contest, jointly organised by the British Embassy and East Meets West.
Hanoi, 1 August 2012 – Standard Chartered Vietnam is proud to be the sponsor for the 1st prize of “Inspire Sports” Photo contest, jointly organised by the British Embassy and East Meets West, an American non-governmental organisation based in the centre of Vietnam.
The photo contest is part of a series of events to promote the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympics Games’ legacy in Vietnam. Professional and amateur photographers are called to send in their photos of people with disabilities in sports with the aim to demonstrate how sports can enrich the lives of disabled people and encourage more of those into sports. It also aims to contribute to the change in the way people think, feel and behave towards disability and disability sports to create a more open and diversify community.
Photos could be submitted (from July 27 to October 8, 2012) under printed version to East Meats West (26 A- 12/2/5 alley, Dang Thai Mai street, Tay Ho district, Hanoi) or in soft copy to thethaohoanhap@gmail.com.
