Cardholders understand and accept that Standard Chartered Bank and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to as the "Bank") are not the supplier of the products/ services nor an agent of any merchant featured in this brochure. The Bank shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the products/services including, without limitation, their quality and the supply. The Bank makes no representation as to the quality or performance of the goods and services featured herein. Any dispute relating to quality, performance or inability to receive any featured offer must be resolved directly with the merchant. The Bank shall not at any time be held responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the offers/privileges by any person.
The images in the hotel categories appearing in billing inserts, email, website or other communication material are used merely for illustrative purposes and may not be reflective of the actual room types on offer. All images in communication material are used solely for advertisement purposes, and do not depict any information pertaining to offer.
The Bank reserves the absolute right to vary, amend or withdraw any of the featured offers or amend the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
To be eligible for the offers, Cardholders are required to present Standard Chartered Credit Cards, Co-branded Cards or Debit Cards before ordering and settle payment with the same Card.
Advance booking/reservation is required for all accommodation and dining offers. Bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by the participating merchant. All Hotel accommodation offers are subject to room availability and blackout days.
Offers cannot be redeemed for cash or kind and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or packages, unless otherwise indicated.
Should a dispute arise, the participating merchant reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions and arbitrate the final decision.
Please inform the dining outlets you wish to take up this offer prior to reservation or ordering.
Participating merchants reserve the right to replace any promotional offer with another of similar value
Offers are not valid on public holidays, eves of public holidays, festive days, eves of festive days and blackout dates and special occasions as designated by merchants. Please call respective merchants for details.
All featured offers may be subjected to service charges and applicable taxes and no discount shall apply to such charges or taxes.
Unless otherwise specified, dining offers are not applicable to take-away items, set menu, discounted dishes, private functions, banquets, individual negotiated menus, catering services, happy hours, purchase of cigarettes, cigars, bottled drinks/spirits.
Multiple Standard Chartered Bank credit cards cannot be used in combination to enjoy the stated offers in a single transaction, visit or hotel stay.
Sufficient advance notice is required for accomodation cancellations and any late cancellations may be subject to penalty charges. Cardholder is advised to obtain this information from the hotel at the time of making reservations.
Unless otherwise specified, offers are not applicable to discounted and promotional items.
Offers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons.

Offers are subject to availability. Any change of the offer will be subject to the offer availability at the time of patronage.
Offers shall be terminated immediately upon closure of merchant.
In case of any disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant original sales receipts and credit card sale slips for further investigation by the Bank. In all such cases, the decision of the Bank and respective merchants shall be final.
