Does the call centre operate for 24hours?
Live Agents operating hours are as follows:
08:00am – 16:30pm Monday to Friday
08:00am – 12:00pm Saturdays.
Call Centre is unavailable on Sundays and Public Holidays.
However, Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) is available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
If in case I lost my ATM card, what should I do?
Once you realize that your debit card is missing it is wise to stop the card immediately. The numbers that you can call are for the Call centre which is +263 4 758078/9 or after hours 0774163179 / 0774163180.
Do I have to pay for using Call Centre services?
The service is free of charge when you call us on the following toll free lines:
Econet toll free – 08084000 to 08088000
Telone toll free – 08004127 to 08004132 and 08004157 to 08004160
However, when you call us on the hotlines (+263 4 758078/9), you will be charged by your telephone services provider according to your tariff plan.
Can I access the service from overseas?
Yes. As long as the customer is roaming. You can also call us on the hotlines from other foreign networks. (Put the SME specific security information in the SME application form)
What should I do if I suspect there are unauthorized transactions on my account?
Immediately call us on our toll free or hotlines and talk to our customer service representative who will assist you.
