With the effective prevention and control of domestic Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia, Standard Chartered Bank (China) Limited (referred to as the “Bank” hereafter) will continue providing convenient and stable financial services to clients.

Starting from 30^th March, 2020,

• Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking and Institutional Banking will continue operation to ensure proper functioning of financial services and key infrastructure.

• Wuhan Branch will resume operation from 31^st March.

 

*Retail banking services are temporarily not available on weekends except Beijing Oriental Plaza Sub-branch.

 

Warm Reminder: 

• To protect your health, our branches will be disinfected on regular basis. When you visit the branch, please be sure to wear a mask and cooperate with our staff to take temperature.
• The Bank’s Phone Banking, Online Banking, Mobile Banking and other digital channels will be operating as usual to provide you 24*7 financial services. Should you have any query, please call the Bank’s Service Hotline.
• The Bank may adjust the business arrangement of our branches and sub-branches according to the evolving prevention and control of NCP. If any adjustment, we will issue public notice accordingly for your information.
