Rewards Hub is your one stop platform to manage and maximise the rewards you earn with Standard Chartered Bank. It lets you track all your accumulated rewards, including Cashback, Rewards Points and vouchers, from various bank programmes and promotions over time.

You will also find opportunities to earn more through programmes like SC Shop and Earn, where you earn Cashback by shopping when you shop at our online merchants, and the SC Referral Club programme, which rewards you for referring family and friends.

Total Cashback is your earnings with Standard Chartered since 1 August 2025, and includes Cashback earned from:

  • SC Shop and Earn Cashback with “Confirmed” status
  • SC Referral Club
  • Transactions on your SC Credit or Debit Card(s)
  • Promotions and offers

Selected transactions set out in Standard Chartered Credit Card Retail Transaction Exclusions will not be considered as eligible Credit Card retail transactions and are not eligible to earn any Cashback.

Cashback earned on your credit card is automatically applied to reduce your current outstanding balance. This results in a lower statement balance in your next credit card statement.

Please note that Cashback earned on your credit card does not count as a payment to your credit card.

If you have a surplus balance due to Cashback received, you may either:

1) spend on your credit card, to draw down the surplus balance, or
2) request for a Credit Balance Refund via Services in SC Mobile.

Interest earned on your deposit account(s) is not reflected as Cashback.

The transactions shown here is updated once daily whereas the 360 Rewards Points on the Rewards 360 Platform reflects the points in real time. As a result, there might be temporary differences in points especially if they are earned or redeemed within the same day. The points shown on Rewards Hub will be reconciled with the view on Rewards 360 Platform within next 3 working days.
You can view the expiry dates of your 360° Rewards Points by clicking on Redeem Rewards to visit the Rewards 360 portal.

The differences in the transaction history listing between Rewards Hub and the 360° Rewards Redemption Platform can occur as Rewards Hub updates transactions once daily, while the 360° Rewards Redemption Platform updates in real-time on posted transaction. While the vouchers may still appear under the ‘Active’ section, they can only be redeemed once and cannot be used again. The ‘Active’ view currently reflects vouchers that are still valid and not expired.
Your voucher wallet contains vouchers earned from key bank programs such as product sign-up offers, credit card promotions, and others. However there may be vouchers from certain events (such as product promotion roadshows) that may not be visible in your voucher wallet yet.
We are gradually increasing the type of vouchers made visible to you in your voucher wallet.

There is no minimum spend required to earn your cashback from the SC Shop and Earn Programme unless specified in the Selected Merchant’s Terms and Conditions.

Merchant applied cashback maybe capped subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Selected Merchant.

Yes, simply make the purchase with any SC Credit or Debit Card using the merchant link redirected via SC Mobile Shop and Earn Programme in Rewards Hub.

You can continue to enjoy your SC Credit and Debit Card rewards, in addition to the Cashback earned from the Shop and Earn programme.

Terms and Conditions from your SC Credit Card and Debit Card still apply.

You are not eligible to earn the Cashback from the Shop and Earn programme if the transaction was made with a SC Debit Card that is linked to a foreign currency SC banking account. Shop and Earn Cashback can only be credited to a SC local currency (SGD) banking account.
