  • The Points grid is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Bank.
  • Points can be redeemed from the authorized service provider/ merchant selected by the Bank.
  • The Bank will issue the voucher in the name of the cardholder.
  • Terms and conditions of the authorized service provider /merchant are applied.
  • Redemption voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Standard Chartered Bank reserves the right to modify, change or terminate all or any of the rules applicable to this programme.
  • Standard Chartered Bank is not liable to any dissatisfaction with regard to delivery, service, quality, etc of the service provider / merchant.
  • The redemption voucher will be valid for a term of sixty (60) days from the date of issuance.
  • The accumulated points for each transaction are expired after 2 years from the date of the transaction.
