Airport Lounge Access Update: Plaza Premium Lounge (Kuala Lumpur) - Relocation Announcement

Please be informed that the Plaza Premium Lounge at Kuala Lumpur is undergoing a major renovation and hence the access to this lounge has been suspended temporarily. This is to upgrade the lounge with more exclusive facilities and ambiences.

The renovation period is from 3rd May 2012 till 30th June 2012.

During the 2 months of renovation, Plaza Premium Lounge will be relocated to another temporary lounge in the satellite building (in the same terminal). The temporary lounge is next to the Cathay Pacific Airline Lounge. Enclosed is the re-location map for your reference. Direction signage of the temporary lounge will be placed at existing lounge's entrance, airport information counter and the walk way between the existing lounge and the temporary lounge.

Airport Lounge Access Update: Casablanca VIP Salon Lounge

Please be informed that the access and service to the Casablanca VIP Salon Lounge (Morocco) has been temporarily suspended as the lounge is facing a technical issue. A replacement lounge has not been named as yet but will be updated here once finalized or once the services are resumed.

Airport Lounge Access Update: Permanent Closure of the First Class Lounge in Riyadh

Please be informed that the access and service to the Riyadh (Int'l Terminal – Foreign Airlines) First Class Lounge will not be available from the 25th of June 2012. Hence, the last day of operation for the lounge will be 24th June 2012. Our service provider has tied up with a new lounge and the commencement date of the new service will be 25th June 2012. The name of the new lounge is 'Premier Lounge' and is situated at the same terminal.

Airport Lounge Access Update: Vienna Jet and Air Lounge

Please be informed that the access and service to the Vienna Air Lounge and Jet Lounge (Plaza area) has been temporarily suspended as the lounge is facing a technical issue. A replacement lounge has not been named as yet but will be updated here once finalized or once the services are resumed.

Airport Lounge Access Update: Permanent Closure of the Muthoot Plaza Lounge, Trivandrum –India

Please be informed that access and service to the Muthoot Plaza Lounge, Trivandrum - India will not be available from the 16th of August 2012 as a result of the permanent closure of the lounge. Hence, the last day of operation for the lounge will be 15th August 2012.

Our service provider has started looking for an alternate option and will be updated here once finalized.

Access & service to the 4Deck Lounge at London, Heathrow (Terminal 4), United Kingdom have been suspended. A replacement lounge has not been named as yet, but will be updated here once finalized.

Change in Airport Lounge – Dubai, UAE

Access & services to Marhaba lounges at Dubai Airport (all terminals) are temporarily withdrawn. Dubai Marhaba Lounge is, until further notice, being replaced by the DCA lounge (near gate 108). Customers are requested to directly visit the DCA lounge.

Change in Airport Lounge – Mumbai, India

Access & service to the Clipper Lounge at Mumbai Airport (Terminal 1B, Domestic) have been suspended. A replacement lounge has not been named as yet, but will be updated here once finalized.

Airport Lounge Access Update: Alfursan Golden Lounge, Saudi Arabia

The Alfursan Golden Lounge, Saudi Arabia, have restricted lounge access to all Economy Class passengers. Only passengers travelling by Saudi Airlines of Business Class and First Class will have access to this lounge.
