Terms and Conditions

  • A written declaration of not maintaining any banking account and/or banking relation with any other bank operated in Jordan and informing the bank in case of opening another account with any bank lately.
  • Physical visit for any of our branches located around the kingdom.
  • Present your valid identity document such as National Identity document.
  • Proof of address is required such as Water or Electricity utility bill or Land/Building ownership document.
  • Maintain debiting the account at least once every six months to avoid classifying the account as dormant and hence charging the account fees of JOD 2 monthly.
  • Basic account will be converted to generic Current Account before granting any of the below services and products:
    • Credit Facilities
    • Cheque Book
    • Credit Card
    • Credit Interest
  • Basic account will be converted to generic Current Account if the client received consecutive inward transfers during a period that exceeds 6 months which results of exceeding account balance of JOD 700.
