eStatements
eStatement is a facility that allows customers to get their bank statement via email. The statements are sent to the customer at their desired frequency and can be accessed at their convenience.
Product Overview
A customer can subscribe by either filling in the eStatement application form and take it to the nearest Branch or simply call the Standard Chartered Contact Centre. Details needed include customer's name, account number, contact number and an email address. The customer will also indicate the desired frequency which could be; Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly.
