The statement is produced monthly and emailed to the customer for free. Historical statements are also available on request for a fee. (Refer to BUSINESS CONDITIONS). Copies of paid cheques and credit vouchers are available on request for a fee (Refer to BUSINESS CONDITIONS).

Minimum opening requirements for individual Current Accounts
One colour passport size photograph
Original / copy of National ID (metal/plastic), driver's licence or valid passport
Proof of residential address in the form of ZESA/Water/Tel One bill within 3 months in one's own name or
if it is landlord/tenant relationship, a lease agreement together with utility bill/affidavit from landlord authenticated by a commissioner of oaths who is a lawyer, showing the lawyer's physical address and contact numbers plus landlord ID.
husband/wife relationship, a marriage certificate plus utility bill
if it is child/parent relationship, a long birth certificate plus utility bill
letter from employer confirming residential address on company letterhead
