Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) manages assets of USD2 billion, lease commitments of USD1 billion and special projects of USD1.2 billion. Our division comprises a number of core teams - Strategy and Planning, Regional CRES Facilities Management and Health, Safety and Environment. All of these functions are integral to the development, maintenance and protection of Standard Chartered's infrastructure and environment.
The Standard Chartered Group occupies 2,500 offices and branches in over 50 countries across the globe. We currently provide space for around 65,000 employees and our anticipated expansion over the next few years means that total space requirements will continue to increase.
