STEP 2

Select your card that you would like to raise a dispute request

STEP 3

Select the correct option for transaction dispute

STEP 4

Scroll down to view your transaction for the past 75 days

STEP 5

Select the transaction that you would like to raise a dispute

STEP 6

Attach a supporting document for the request and click on “Next”

STEP 7

Enter details for your Dispute raised in the text box

STEP 8

Submit the request after you checked that all the information are correct

STEP 9

Your request is submitted and ready for process!
