1. Term
1.1 This Promotion commences on 6 September 2017 and ends on 30 September 2017 (“Promotion Period”) for package sales.

2. Eligibility & Benefits
2.1 Reebonz Exclusive Tour Package
2.1.1 This Promotion is open to Standard Chartered Bank customers who use their credit card to purchase the exclusive package before the end of the Promotion Period whereby the purchase must be completed at the Royal Brunei Airlines ticketing office at RBA Plaza, Jalan Sultan or or Brunei International Airport.
2.1.2 The exclusive package includes a 2 Day/1 Night stay with breakfast at Royal Plaza on Scotts and return Royal Brunei Airlines air ticket(s) for the weekend dated 28 to 29 October 2017, and is priced as follows:

2.1.3 The Twin Sharing package will require two persons to travel and an occupancy of two persons in the same room.
2.1.4 Cardholders may choose to extend their stay at a promotional rate per night as follows:

2.1.5 Cardholders may choose to extend their stay up to an additional 6 nights only.
2.1.6 The Promotion is limited to the first 30 weekend packages purchased with no limitation on how many package(s) each customer may purchase and priority to purchase will be given to Standard Chartered Visa Infinite cardholders. Purchase of the package(s) is on a first-come-first serve basis whereby payment must be made instantly upon booking of the weekend package slots.
2.1.7 Standard Chartered Bank reserves the right to cancel the event should the minimum there be insufficient purchase of the packages and will notify cardholders by 2 October. Royal Brunei Airlines will provide full refund to the respective credit card utilized to purchase the packages within 30 working days of notification.
2.1.8 Standard Chartered Bank shall not be responsible for the services and products offered or supplied by Royal Brunei Airlines and Reebonz. The services and products are the responsibility of Royal Brunei Airlines and Reebonz and are subject to their terms and conditions.
2.2 Discount at REEBONZ Headquarter Tour & 0% EasyPay Instalment Plan
2.2.1 Cardholders and their guests who attend the REEBONZ Headquarter Tour will be eligible for a discount of 5% when purchasing items from REEBONZ with their Standard Chartered Visa Infinite card.
2.2.2 Cardholders who make purchase(s) at the REEBONZ Headquarter Tour under this Promotion with their Standard Chartered Visa Infinite credit card, and choose to convert the purchase into a 12-month 0% EasyPay Instalment Plan, will enjoy waiver on the processing fee for the aforementioned EasyPlan Instalment Plan.

3. Banking Agreement
3.1 This Promotion is governed and subject to be contained within the our terms and conditions on which we provide our products including the Customer Terms, Credit Card Terms and any other documents forming our banking agreement.

4. General
4.1 We may vary, modify, delete or add to these Term and Conditions by notice to you in accordance with our usual practice and in accordance with any applicable law. This may include giving notice to you by public announcement as set out in Clause 7.3 of Customer Terms.
4.2 We may substitute benefits with similar value and at any time without prior notice and without assigning reasons thereof.
4.3 We may cancel or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
4.4 In the case of any disputes arising from or in connection with this Promotion, our decision is final and conclusive.
