Annulment of Our License for Intermediation of Transactions Excluding Stock Exchange
on 25 Apr 2016Our Bank’s “License for Intermediation of Transactions Excluding Stock Exchange” authorization certificate dated 26.12.2012 and numbered 112 was decided to be cancelled at the meeting of the Capital Markets Board dated 31.03.2016 and numbered 11 in accordance with the first paragraph of the provisional Article 2 of the “Communiqué on Principles Regarding Investment Services, Activities and Ancillary Services” and with the first and fourth paragraphs of Article 59 of “Communiqué on Principles of Establishment and Activities of Investment Firms”.
