Standard Chartered Poland wins as a Parents-Friendly Workplace at the „Sukces Pisany Szminką” competition
on June 16, 2025The finale gala for the 16th edition of the “Success Written in Lipstick” competition took place on 5 June in Warsaw. The contest recognises businesswomen, activists, social workers, educators, as well as male and female leaders and organisations who boldly shape the future by fighting for equality, diversity, and inclusion. Standard Chartered Poland has been awarded the main prize in the “Parents-Friendly Workplace” category.
In the award’s justification, the organisers emphasised that caring for parents is not something extra at Standard Chartered, but a foundation of the company’s organisational culture. An equal number of leave days for all regardless of job seniority, 100% salary for 33 days in a year during sick leave and support for parents in same-sex relationships are solutions that truly make the daily life of working parents easier.
Anna Jarczewska, Head of HR, Poland, accepted the award on Standard Chartered’s behalf.
