Poland is home to one of the Bank’s five Global Business Services (GBS) centres. It is a centre of excellence for highly skilled experts predominantly supporting the Group’s activities in Europe and the Americas. Teams located in Poland deliver complex, global processes and specialise in financial crime compliance, cyber security, audit, finance, technology, project management and ESG, among others.

Since November 2023, Warsaw is also home to the Poland Branch of Standard Chartered Bank AG, our EU hub. It strengthens our presence across Europe and enables us to better serve our strategic and evolving European client base.
