Hereby, I authorize Standard Chartered Bank ( China ) Limited ( “ SCB China ” ) to collect, use, store and disclose my personal  information for the purposes and objectives specified in this authorization letter to the authorized third parties.

Personal information refers to the personal information collected by SCB China during the facial recognition, identity verification process when providing fund transfer services in mobile banking, for the purpose of ensuing the security of client accounts includes client’s name, ID number, and facial image.

I agree and authorize that SCB China for the purpose of ensuring account security when providing transfer services to me to collect and process my personal information, including my ID number and facial image which may constitute my sensitive personal information.  Such sensitive personal information shall be used to verify my identity, comply with regulatory requirements and achieve transaction purpose. I understand that such processing of my sensitive personal information by SCB China will not adversely affect my rights and interests.

I understand and agree that facial image provided or generated during I used the Mobile Banking App service will be retained by SCB China within the time limit required by laws, regulations and regulatory authorities, and during this retention period, SCB China will legally cooperate with any inquiries or other requirements from competent authorities. I understand that I can get aware of the rights I have over my personal information, as well as the methods and procedures for exercising those rights, through the SCB CN Mobile Banking Privacy Policy.
