Mandy DeFilippo appointed to Standard Chartered Bank AG Supervisory Board

28 May 2026, Frankfurt – Standard Chartered Bank AG (SCB AG) today announces the appointment of Mandy DeFilippo to its Supervisory Board, effective 28 May 2026. Mandy DeFilippo joins the Supervisory Board as a Non‑Executive Director.

Mandy DeFilippo is Chief Executive Officer, US & Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Pakistan at Standard Chartered. She joined the Bank in March 2025, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations at Citadel Securities. Prior to that, she spent more than 15 years at Morgan Stanley, where she held a range of senior leadership roles across Global Capital Markets and Fixed Income in London and New York, including Global Head of Business Unit Risk Management for the Fixed Income Division. Mandy previously served as Chair of the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA) from 2018 to 2023.
