Standard Chartered advises PT Prima Energy on acquisition of 28.3% of the issued share capital of Jadestone Energy from Tyrus Capital

London, 2 September 2026 – Standard Chartered has acted as sole financial adviser to PT Prima Energy on the acquisition of 28.3% of issued share capital of Jadestone Energy plc from Tyrus Capital.

PT Prima Energy is a leading independent oil and gas company in Indonesia and will support Jadestone Energy as the Company continues to deliver long-term growth and value creation for all shareholders.
