#BSPSecuriTips: Beware of fake e-mails pretending to be from your bank or e-money issuer.


 ✔️ Always check the sender’s e-mail address.
 ❌ Do not click links to “verify” your account—your bank or e-money issuer will never ask you to do this via email.

If the bank or e-money issuer has not given adequate action to your complaint, immediately report it to the BSP through the BSP Online Buddy or BOB. You can communicate with BOB through the following:

  1. Click on the BOB icon on the BSP website (www.bsp.gov.ph)
  2. Chat on BSP Facebook Messenger (https://www.m.me/BangkoSentralngPilipinas/)
