on March 4, 2025

#BSPSecuriTips: Too good to be true? That might be a scam. 🚨

Promises of high investment returns with little to no risk are red flags.

You can report scammers to the following:

If your bank or e-wallet account has been compromised, immediately contact your bank or e-money issuer through their official channels. See the directory of consumer assistance channels: https://www.bsp.gov.ph/SitePages/InclusiveFinance/ConsumerAffairsDir.aspx.

If the bank or e-money issuer has not given adequate action to your complaint, immediately report it to the BSP through the BSP Online Buddy or BOB. You can communicate with BOB through the following:

  1. Click on the BOB icon on the BSP website (www.bsp.gov.ph)
  2. Chat on BSP Facebook Messenger (https://www.m.me/BangkoSentralngPilipinas/)
