Review your financial activities regularly and report any suspicious transactions to your bank or e-money issuer right away. See directory: https://www.bsp.gov.ph/SitePages/InclusiveFinance/ConsumerAffairsDir.aspx.

If the bank or e-money issuer has not given adequate action to your complaint, immediately report it to the BSP through the BSP Online Buddy or BOB. You can communicate with BOB through the following:
