Benefits of switching to eStatements

  • No additional charges for eStatements

Automatic enrolment for eStatements and Credit Card SMS alerts

You will automatically be enrolled for eStatements. For your convenience, SMS alerts will be sent to you when your eStatements are available and your credit card payments are due. You will, however, not be enrolled for this SMS service if you have previously indicated otherwise.

Update your email address and mobile number

We will be sending monthly email and/or SMS notifications to your latest email address and/or mobile number registered with us when your eStatements are ready. If you have recently changed your email address and/or mobile number, simply login to Online Banking and follow the steps below or call our 24-hour Client Contact Centre at 1800 747 7000 to update your particulars.

Updating your email address/mobile number via Online Banking
Step 1: Visit sc.com/sg
Step 2: Login to Online Banking
Step 3: Mouse over your name profile located on the top navigation menu
Step 4: Select “Change Phone Numbers & Email”
Step 5: Click on “Submit” after you have updated your details

Continue to receive paper statements

To continue receiving paper statements by mail, please indicate your preference by SMS or call our 24-hour Client Contact Centre at 1800 747 7000 before the deadline indicated in the letter and/or SMS notices sent to you
