Simply invite family and friends to enjoy free banking on SC Mobile app and we will pay both the referrer and the new client N1,500 each via direct payment into your respective accounts. It gets even better… you can refer as many people as you wish.

Who can refer people under the SCB Reward Referral 2.0 Program?

Every SCB Nigeria active account holder is eligible to refer their friends and family members.

How can I refer my friends and family?

Referring your friends and family is easy. Simply log in to your SC Mobile app, tap on the Menu selection and in the lower white refer box and you will find your own unique Referral Code. Share this code with the people you want to refer and inform them to use your code when they are opening their own accounts via the SC Mobile Nigeria app

Who can I refer to open an SCB Account?

You can refer anyone to download the SC Mobile app from the app stores to open a new account. To open a new account, the person you are referring should;

• Be a new customer to SCB Nigeria (they must not have opened an SCB Nigeria account in the past)
• Have a BVN (bank verification number) and valid identification
• Be eligible for an SCB Nigeria account via the SC Mobile app (they must be a resident of Nigeria).

I have referred someone, what’s next?

Once the individual you referred has opened his/her own SCB account, you will both receive your reward of N1,500 each, as soon as he/she performs the required actions below:

• Fund the newly opened account with a minimum of N2,000

Why have we not received our N1,500 reward?

First ensure the person you refer has completed the above required actions. Allow 7 working days for us to validate these actions after which we will reward both of you with N1,500 each

I’ve been referred by a SCB Nigeria account holder, what should I do?

Simply  download the SC Mobile app from the app stores, use the referral code you were given in the Referral Code field during your account opening process on the SC Mobile (Additional Details page). Finally, fund your account with a minimum of N2,000. We will reward you and the person who referred you with N1,500 each into your SCB accounts.

You can start enjoying SCB’s unique Free Banking service and you are also eligible to refer your friends and family to earn also get more referral rewards of N1,500 each.

How many people can I refer?

You can refer as many people as you wish to enjoy the SCB digital banking experience and we will reward you and your referred clients as soon as they complete the required actions.

Is there any other legal important information should I know?

• At our sole discretion, we may suspend, terminate or change the terms and requirements of the Referral 2.0 Program at any time
• We may suspend your reward if we suspect suspicious behaviour and referral patterns
