When you have entered an incorrect username or password three times in a roll, your “username” and “password” will be simultaneously locked up. To reset your “username ” and ” password”, please use either your chip ATM card (a card reader is required), or phone banking password, or password for magnetic stripe ATM card/Visa ATM card to verify your identification, and click the “Reset Username and Password” option on the homepage of the online banking, and follow the instructions on the page to complete unlocking of your login to your online banking.
