Enjoy the benefits of Online Banking by following the guidelines below.

  1. Do not use a password that is easy to remember or guess e.g. National ID number, birthday or phone number
  2. Change your Username on a regular basis. Make it a habit to change Username regularly so as to protect your Online Banking security.
  3. Safeguard your account password. Do not entrust your "SMS OTP" to others. Do not disclose your User ID to others nor record it anywhere visible to avoid theft.
  4. Never access Online Banking from a public computer (e.g. cybercaf, library, etc.). Prevent others from spying on you at all times.
  5. Always log out after an Online Banking session
  6. Pay attention to transaction notices. Check the notice promptly for accuracy. Contact our Customer Service at 4058-0088 or dial (02)4058-0088 from your mobile phone if you discover or have doubt over unauthorized use of your Online Banking account or password.

  1. In order to protect your rights, if there is no activity within Ten minutes after you log in, the system will ask you to login again.
  2. Your account will be locked after 3 unsuccessful password attempts to ensure the security of user's information. Please click the "Forgot username or password" to re-apply the services.
