Fees and Charges

Offering greater convenience, we waive charges for Domestic Fund Transfers performed via Online Banking for individual customers.

The bank may end this fee waiver without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

The online banking daily maximum limit* for each customer is now:

  • Priority Banking & Priority Private Wealth Customers : CNY 1,000,000
  • Premium Banking Customers: CNY 200,000
  • Personal Banking Customers: CNY 100,000

*Sum of all 3rd party fund transfers, interbank fund transfers, Online payment, bill payments and telegraphic transfers cannot exceed the daily maximum limit.

FAQs

    • Who can apply for this service?

      Any Standard Chartered Bank customer with a Savings Account can apply for Online Banking.

    • What do I need in order to use this service?

      You need to know your Debit Card number & Password to register Online Banking.

      In addition, you need a PC with internet access and a mobile phone for receiving the One Time Passcode (OTP) via SMS. The mobile number needs to be pre-registered with our Bank.

    • What is the advantage of using Debit Card number to register?

      Instant Use - Using Debit Card Number and Password to register for Online Banking means you can use Online Banking instantaneously after registration.
