    #SCB China will not charge the cash withdrawal fee from the customers who withdraw cash from the overseas ATM using SCB Platinum debit card. However, the overseas banks may charge the commission fee from the users who withdraw cash with non-local cards via their ATMs, and such fee charging has not relevant with ChinaUnionPay. Please pay attention to the fee charging notice as well.
