  1. The bank will process the remittance application within two working days after the date of receipt of such application. The bank may not be able to process the remittance within the day you submit such application and therefore exchange rate of application may vary. Please do not submit the remittance application in non-working date or non-working hour to avoid the duplicated processing of your remittance application in the next working date.
  2. Telegraphic Transfers cannot exceed USD 50,000 FCY equivalent (per transaction) or the daily transaction limit of USD 50,000 FCY equivalent.
  3. To ensure smooth processing of your Telegraphic Transfer, please ensure that your Beneficiary Account Name, Beneficiary Account Number and your Applicant Account Name etc. are all inputted accurately. If you are remitting to a Euro Currency Account, please ensure your Beneficiary Account Number includes the IBAN number.
  4. Please ensure that you input your Applicant and Beneficiary Name in Latin Characters. Submission of Chinese Applicant and Beneficiary Name cannot be processed.
  5. Please ensure that your Beneficiary and Remitter account has sufficient funds to process the Telegraphic Transfer Fee.
  6. Upon submission of your Telegraphic Transfer, please ensure that you monitor the status of transaction via Online Banking Transaction History module. Upon successful processing of your account the transaction status will become “successful”.
  7. All Telegraphic Transfers will be subject to International Money Laundering Laws.
  8. If you need Transfer into an international Capital Account, please visit our city branches or call our customer service hotlines at 956083 or + 86-755-956083 (calling from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas area).
  9. To ensure smooth processing of the transaction, please make sure the Transaction Remark you filled in is consistent with the “BOP transaction code”.
  10. If the BOP Transaction Code is not appeared in the drop down list for your overseas fund transfer, pls visit Branch to submit your overseas fund transfer application.
