In addition to printing the monthly credit card will statement to make payment at any designated convenience store, you can also use any of the following electronic methods to make payments in a more environmentally friendly way.
ATM: Please enter the bank code 052, your credit card number and payment amount.
Phone Payment: Please call 4058-0088, or 02-4058-0088 from a mobile phone.
Automatic Deduction: To request a copy of the "Direct Debit Payment Authorization" to apply for automatic deduction service, please call 4058-0088, or 02-4058-0088 from a mobile phone.
Hi-Live Convenience Stores: Payment slips can be printed via complete payment at convenience stores.
To use the Digital Banking System to make payments on credit cards belonging to other people or issued by other banks, you must submit an application at a local branch for the non-designated transfer function on the Digital banking account. If you would like to make payments on credit cards belong to yourself that was issued by this bank, you will not need to apply for the non-designated transfer function.
To use Phone Payment to make credit card payments, you must submit an application at a local branch for the non-designated transfer function on the phone payment account.
Computer Specifications:
To view your credit card eStatement, you must have the Adobe Reader software (version 6.0 or higher) installed on your computer.If you do not have this installed on your computer, please go to www.adobe.com for a free download of the software. We would also like to remind you that your payment slip should be printed on an A4 size paper using a laser printer.
