You will receive an instant alert by SMS in your mobile phone whenever you use your Credit Card/Debit Card and debit transaction processed in your Bank account.

It’s a convenient way of tracking your transactions timely and keep yourself informed about your Account/Credit Card activities.
Who can avail of this service?
All individual Account and Credit Card Holders of the Bank can avail of this service.
Do I need to register for this service?
No. If you have a Bank and/or Credit Card account with us you will automatically receive the alerts. However your latest mobile number should be updated with the Bank.
What should I do to update my mobile number?
Please visit our nearest branch to update your mobile number both in the Bank Account and Credit Card.
What are the types of alerts that I will get?
You will receive alert for the following transactions:
All Retail purchase and ATM withdrawal through your Debit and Credit Card
Other debit transactions of NPR 50,000.00 and above in your Bank account
How will I know I have an SMS alert from the Bank?
You will receive an SMS alert from sender ID “StanChart” in your mobile message box similar to any other text message.
What should I do if I receive alert for a debit transaction but I am not able to recognize the transaction?
