Who can avail of this service?
All individual/Non-Individual Account and Credit Card Holders of the Bank can avail this service.
What is the fee for the service?
This comes at a minimal fee of NPR 200.00 per annum.
Do I need to register for this service?
No. If you have a Bank and/or Credit Card account with us, you will be automatically registered for the alerts. You are requested to update your latest mobile number with the Bank.
What should I do to update my mobile number?
Please visit our nearest branch to update your mobile number both in the Bank Account and Credit Card.
What are the types of alerts that I will get?
You get SMS alerts for each and every transaction in your Bank and Credit Card Account.
How will I know I have an SMS alert from the Bank?
You will receive an SMS alert from sender ID “StanChart” in your mobile message box similar to any other text message.
What should I do if I receive alert for a debit transaction but I am not able to recognize the transaction?
