  1. What is Priority Pass?
    Priority Pass is the world’s leading airport lounge access program, providing an airport lounge wherever your travel takes you. Priority Pass ensures that your journey begins stress-free in one of our 1,000+ airport lounges worldwide.
  2. Who can apply for Priority Pass?
    Only principal Cardholders of the Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card OR Visa Infinite Credit Card can apply for Priority Pass.  Unfortunately, Supplementary Cardholders will not be able to apply for Priority Pass.
  3. How do I apply for my Priority Pass?
    To apply for your Priority Pass, simply activate your principal Standard Chartered Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card or Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Credit Card and follow the steps as shown below:

    b)   You will get an automated reply acknowledging the successful receipt of your SMS referred to in point 1 above

  5. What is the purpose of the unique code?
    The unique code assigned to you belongs to the Principal Cardholder of the Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card OR Visa Infinite Credit Card. With the unique code, you can proceed to complete the application process of the Priority Pass. The unique code is tagged to the number of complimentary visits. Please be informed that the unique code is strictly valid for one-time usage only. Once it has been used to set up a Priority Pass, it cannot be used again.
  6. I have received the unique code and used it to set up my Priority Pass. However, I am expecting to have more complimentary visits due to my holdings with the Bank. 
    Please refer to the respective Priority Pass Terms and Conditions to find out more on the number of complimentary visits you are entitled to. Alternatively, please speak with your Priority Banking Relationship Manager for more information.
  7. How long is my Priority Pass membership and complimentary visits valid for?
    Your Priority Pass and complimentary visits are valid for 12 months from the approval date of your Priority Pass.
  8. How will I be charged after I have exhausted my complimentary visits?
    You will be charged by Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited for every subsequent visit after you have exhausted your allocated number complimentary visits. Such charges applicable for subsequent visits will be at Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited’s prevailing rate (currently US$27 per visit) which can be accessed via www.prioritypass.com. This charge applies to each subsequent visit by you and each of your guest(s).
  9. Why do I have to provision my credit card details to obtain my Priority Pass?
    Your credit card details are required as every subsequent visit after you have exhausted your allocated number of complimentary visits will be charged directly to your Standard Chartered Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card or Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Credit Card.
  10. I have sent in a SMS to apply for my Priority Pass. When can I expect to receive the SMS which contains my unique code?
    A SMS containing the unique code will be sent to you within 14 working days.
  11. Where can I find the full list of participating airport lounges?
    The full list of participating airport lounges can be found at http://prioritypass.com/lounges .
  12. Can I bring a guest into the airport lounge with me?
    Yes, but please note that each guest who visits the lounge with you counts as one visit. Therefore, if there are two guests who are visiting the airport lounge with you, it will be counted as three (3) complimentary visits. If your complimentary visits are exhausted, you will be charged by Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited for every subsequent visit after you have exhausted the defined number of complimentary visits.
  13. I am being charged for a guest lounge visit when I visited the lounge on my own, what do I do?
    Prior to entering the Priority Pass lounge, the concierge will request for you to confirm the number of guests and signatures on a digital screen or a paper voucher that acknowledges your consent. Please ensure that the details are accurate before endorsing, any errors should be highlighted to the lounge staff prior to entering the lounge. In the event of any dispute, a signed receipt in a digitised or physical copy will be considered as good.
  14. Can I take my child into the lounge?
    Please check with the individual Priority Pass lounge that you are visiting. Your child’s visit will count towards your complimentary visits and if your complimentary visits are exhausted, the visit will be charged by Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited at the prevailing rate (currently US$27 per visit) which can be accessed at www.prioritypass.com. If the lounge operator communicates that the child will be admitted into the lounge without counting towards your complimentary visits or will not be charged, please ensure that you do not sign for any guest visits as depicted in FAQ 13 above. In the event of any dispute, the signed receipt whether in a digitised or physical copy will be considered as good.
  15. I have questions regarding my Priority Pass, i.e. I lost my physical Priority Pass and would like a replacement, who should I contact?

  16. After signing up for my Priority Pass, I have a Digital Priority Pass. How do I use that for my lounge visits?
    Once you have successfully signed up for your Priority Pass, you can download your personalised Priority Pass Digital Membership Card, which allows you instant access to a majority of the 1,000+ lounges in our programme. Your physical membership card, which is accepted at all the lounges under the Priority Pass programme, will be dispatched within 5 business days of your application being successfully accepted.
  17. Can I access the airport lounge without my Priority Pass?
    Lounge access is only available upon presentation of a valid Priority Pass membership card. A majority of Priority Pass lounges accept the Priority Pass Digital Membership Card. For all other lounges that do not accept the Priority Pass Digital Membership Card, you will be requested to produce your physical membership card. We recommend that you always carry the physical membership card with you during your travels.
  18. How do I use my Digital Membership Card?The Priority Pass Digital Membership Card provides card-free access to a majority of the Priority Pass lounges using the 2D barcode found within the smartphone application. However, not all of the Priority Pass lounges can be accessed with the Digital Membership Card, so please carry your physical Priority Pass membership card when you travel.
  19. How is my Priority Pass renewed?
    The Priority Pass will be renewed on a yearly basis. During the renewal process, we will validate your eligibility. You will be informed of the number of complimentary visits by the Bank via SMS prior to the expiry of your current Priority Pass. However, if your respective Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card OR Visa Infinite Credit Card is cancelled, your Priority Pass will not be renewed and the Bank will cease the usage of your Priority Pass with immediate effect without any notification.
  20. I have more than one Priority Pass membership. Can I link both accounts into one?
    You will not be able to link both accounts and you will need to create two separate accounts instead. However, you only need to download the Priority Pass application once. To view both memberships, you will need to toggle between your membership accounts, depending on which membership you would like to use.
  21. I have lost my Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Credit Card and/or Standard Chartered Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card and it has since been replaced with a different 16 digits credit card number. Do I need to update my Credit Card details on my Digital Priority Pass?
    Yes, this will enable Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited to charge to your provisioned Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Credit Card and/or Standard Chartered Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card for every subsequent visit after you have exhausted your complimentary visits. If you fail to update your latest Credit Card details, you will not be able to use your Priority Pass for the purpose of visiting the airport lounges.
